Staying at this place was a wonderful experience! The location is perfect, as it is conveniently located near the city center and places of interest. The room amenities provided were top-notch, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, a sitting area, an in-room safe. The complimentary toiletries and hair dryer were a nice touch. I also appreciated having a television with an alarm clock and a telephone in the room. The staff here were exceptional, always attentive and accommodating. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the service provided by the management was excellent. The free Wi-Fi and car park were also convenient amenities.

Families will definitely enjoy their stay here as well.

As someone who loves exploring the city, I found the location of the hotel to be perfect. Being near the city center and places of interest made my sightseeing easier. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, from the rooms to the parking area. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with its sumptuous and ample servings. Lastly, the staff was friendly and accommodating, from the drivers to the front desk. Their courtesy made my stay unforgettable.

This hotel is conveniently located near Vigan City center and places of interest. It’s situated next to the highway, making it very accessible. The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with complete toiletries and towels. Breakfast is great with lots of choices of traditional Pinoy food. The staff is well-trained and very courteous, offering excellent service to guests.

The transportation to and from the airport is rather expensive.

The room was comfortable and we enjoyed a free upgrade. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The hotel was conveniently located near places of interest and easy to find. we appreciated the complementary breakfast and shuttle service.

The staff was not very helpful and seemed unfriendly towards tourists. The parking was disorganized and the elevator was very slow, it was faster to take the stairs.

The hotel had comfortable beds and complete toiletries in the bathroom. the staff was attentive and helped us with all of our needs. Our room was tidied up daily with everything restocked. the free shuttle service was convenient and saved us from the hassle of finding parking in the nearby heritage town. the hotel was also located in a quiet area away from noise, and it was easy to find.

Some areas of the hotel could use more attention to cleanliness, such as the dirty shower enclosure and window. the rusty steel frames obstructed the view, and a broken mirror in the elevator could be a hazard.
